General Terms and Conditions of Sale – SnapInk

1. Seller's Identity

2. Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale define the rights and obligations of the parties in connection with the online sale of portable printers offered by SnapInk.


3. Products

The products offered are described with the greatest possible precision.

Photographs are non-contractual.


4. Prices

Prices are indicated in euros (€).

SnapInk is subject to the VAT exemption regime (VAT not applicable).

SnapInk reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the product will be invoiced at the price in effect at the time of the order.


5. Order

Any order placed on the site implies acceptance of these GTC.

SnapInk reserves the right to cancel any order in case of dispute or suspicion of fraud.


6. Payment

Payment is due immediately upon order.

Payments are secured via solutions offered by Shopify (credit card, etc.).


7. Delivery

Products are delivered to the address indicated during the order.

Estimated delivery times: 5 to 15 working days.

SnapInk cannot be held responsible for delays due to carriers.


8. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with European legislation, the customer has a period of 14 days from receipt to exercise their right of withdrawal.

The product must be returned:

  • in its original condition

  • unused

  • in its original packaging

Return costs are borne by the customer.


9. Refund

Refund is made within 14 days after receipt of the returned product.


10. Warranty

Products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity.

11. Liability

SnapInk cannot be held responsible for indirect damages related to the use of the product.


12. Personal data

Personal data is processed in accordance with the site's privacy policy.


13. Applicable law

These GTC are subject to Belgian law.

In case of dispute, Belgian courts will be competent.
